What we do
DGRWEB LIMITED provides web design and development, ready-made e-commerce scripts (software licences), e-commerce store setup, SEO, branding and logo design, content writing, social media and fan page / community account management, paid advertising management, e-mail marketing setup and hosting and maintenance plans, to consumers and businesses in the United Kingdom and internationally.
Payment partners
- Stripe: card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments and recurring subscriptions are processed by Stripe through its hosted Stripe Checkout page. We never see or store your full card details.
- Wise: bank transfer payments are received into our Wise business account. The account details are shown after you place an order and sent by e-mail; please always check that they match the details we have given you, and contact us if you receive any message asking you to pay into different bank details.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), with the option to display and pay in EUR or USD.

Complaints and dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us at contact@dgrweb.com or via our contact page; we aim to respond in full within 14 days. We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. If we cannot resolve a consumer complaint, we will tell you in writing, give you the details of a certified ADR provider and say whether we agree to use it. Our contracts are governed by the law of England and Wales; consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. For data protection complaints, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
